The First Best Western Premier Opens In Padang - Indonesia

 
 
(JAKARTA - July 24, 2009) -- Best Western International - The World’s Largest Hotel Chain®, with over 4,000 hotels in over 80 countries – has announced the soft opening of Best Western Premier Basko, its first hotel in Padang and its first deluxe Best Western Premier brand hotel in Indonesia.
 
With 170 rooms, Best Western Premier Basko is specially designed to cater to upscale international business and leisure travelers. Centrally located, the hotel offers convenient connections to the top shopping mall in town, Basko Grand Mall, as well as major government and corporate offices. Guests can enjoy full facilities, including a bar, restaurant, fitness center, sauna, meeting rooms, laundry service and an international-standard spa.

The hotel’s soft opening was attended by Mr. H. Basrizal Koto - President Commissioner of Basko Minang Plaza, Mr. Jusuf Sawirin - Chief Area Officer of BW Area Development Indonesia, Mr. H. Fauzi Bahar M.Si - Mayor of Padang, and Mr. H. Basril Djabar – a leading public figure in Padang.
